The unique villa was completed in 2003, built according to the design of the renowned architect Václav Aulický.

The villa is thoughtfully spread over 5 floors, with 4 above-ground floors connected by an internal all-glass elevator. The staircase is placed in a protruding glass arch so as not to disturb the compact interior of the building.

The ground floor of the building is located at the garden level and there is a wellness area with a sauna, relaxation room and separate toilet. There is also a small fitness, lounge with direct access to the garden terrace and home cinema area. From the hallway on this floor, you will go to the garages for a total of 3 cars.

The main common areas await you on the first floor. From the vestibule at the main entrance to the house, or from the entrance hall, you enter a spacious living room with French windows lined with a terrace, followed by dining room with fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen with Miele and Siemens appliances is within easy reach and can be accessed back into the lobby. There is also a guest room with a private bathroom and toilet, another separate toilet and a small utility room.

The second floor is interesting mainly for its connection with the adjacent building, where there is an indoor swimming pool with counter-current. The first connection is covered, glazed, heated bridge with an entrance from the corridor, which you can walk through in winter in a bathrobe. The second access is possible through a private sun terrace guaranteeing absolute privacy. In this second building there is the already mentioned indoor swimming pool with facilities in the form of a shower, toilet and bar.

On the second floor of the main building you will find a private bedroom with a dressing room and a large bathroom with toilet. There are also two connected bedrooms, study, second bathroom with toilet and shared dressing room. The south side of the second floor is lined with terraces.

The atypical third floor can be multifunctionally used, for example, as a home office, studio or separate apartment. This generous space with a distinctive design distinguishes itself with its extra-high ceiling, glazed sloping roof, two-storey gallery with library, modern kitchenette. The atypicality of this space is also enhanced by the opening of the glass elevator directly into the room. The terrace will offer you an unobstructed view of Prague. There is also a dressing room and bathroom with toilet on the floor.

In the basement, accessible from the garden, you will find all the technical facilities of the building in addition to the storage space.

The most modern materials were used in the construction itself. Of course, there are wooden floors, branded sanitary ware, large-format tiles, 2 fireplaces, insulating aluminum triple glazing, a security camera system, Buderus gas boilers, air conditioning with cooling and heating functions, an indoor pool with counter-current, and automatic irrigation in the well-maintained mature garden.
